Define how humans steer autonomous agents. Design interfaces that make complex agent behavior legible, trustworthy, and beautiful.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end design: research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff.
Design dashboards for agent runs: timelines, traces, approvals, and interventions.
Build and evolve the Rine Journey design system (dark-first, modern, accessible).
Run lightweight user testing with partners and internal users; iterate fast.
Partner with engineers to guarantee pixel-accurate, animated implementations.

Requirements

3+ years designing digital products (SaaS/dev-tools experience preferred).
Mastery of Figma including auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.
Portfolio showing complex-data UI, not just landing pages.
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG AA) and responsive systems.
Bonus: motion design skills and interest in AI interfaces.
